About AU Brief

AU Brief is a curated morning brief of Australian news: one page each morning with a short summary of the stories that matter, always linking to the original reporting.

How it works — automation disclosure

Summaries are generated automatically from the linked reporting, without a human in the loop. Every story is screened and verified by the pipeline before publication, and anything that fails those checks is dropped rather than published. We summarise in our own words, we never reproduce articles, and every story links to the outlets that reported it. If the pipeline can't stand behind an edition, it publishes nothing.
